No video when xbox turns on

So when I plug in my xbox I just get a black no signal screen. I have ried holding the power button to hard power it off, booting while holding the power button and eject button, and switching hdmi cables. The first time I turned it on I got the green
xbox screen but it just sat there for a long time then when I rebooted I got no video.

Xbox 360 hdmi working but not av cable

When i turn my xbox on using my hdmi cable i can see video but when i use my av cable there is no video but sound has anyone had this happen to them.

xbox one no picture on tv

Everything was working great until I connected my tuner, now everthing turns on but no video I can hear xbox one preforming task when I give voice command but no picture on the tv.

could you check what light is shown on the powersupply when it is turned on, and what light(s) are on the console when turned on?

Thanks for the reply, but this video isn't very helpful because when my Xbox is turned on, my internet speed for all devices is affected, and when my Xbox is turned off, the speeds are normal for all devices.

1st of all your xbox wasnt turned on in the video 2nd Im sure hitting your xbox and bouncineg it up and down even when its turned off cant be good for it

No sometimes it happens when i enter in xbox video or when i turn off the console with something in download. I install every game to hd.
