Got a grey screen saying no video available on my xbox one. I've tried...

1 - checked all power cables and leads in place

    2 - all cables/leads in correct holes

3 - swapped for a different hdmi cable

4 - done the 10 second cold reset thing

5 - done the hold down of power button/ eject button and reset button and listened to the beeps

6 - left everything shut off for an hour

    Nothing works

Does anyone have any other suggestions PLEASE . Thanks

    :)

    Hello Cameron!

Thanks for reaching out with the situation. It seems like you're having trouble launching your Xbox One's display. I recommend taking a look at this support article and trying some of the steps listed within.:

Troubleshooting a blank TV screen or monitor while your Xbox One is on
. Have you perhaps tried the console on different televisions? I suggest also trying to see if you are able to access the troubleshoot screen to perform a "Reset to factory default"s
on the console. To see if this option is available on your console, follow these steps:

    1. Unplug the network cable if you're using a wired network connection.
    2. Power off your console, and then unplug the power cord to ensure that the console is completely powered off.
    3. Wait 30 seconds, and then plug the power cord back in.
    4. Press and hold the BIND button (located on the left side of the console) and the
EJECT button (located on the front of the console), and then press the
      Xbox button on the console.
    5. Continue holding the BIND and EJECT buttons for 10-15 seconds.
    6. Listen for two “power-up” tones a couple of seconds apart. You can release the
BIND and EJECT buttons after the second power-up tone.
If you are able to access the Troubleshoot screen select the option to "Reset Console" then "Keep my Games & Apps" and see if it will boot up after that. (keep in mind you will need to have access to your Microsoft Account Email and password to recover your
    profile)

    Hope this helps!

    Subscription videos not available?

I've been having this problem as well. But it's more like 80% of my subscriptions come up with nothing but the "no videos to display" message. You can still look them up with the search, but it's tedious and slow. Especially if you're looking for a specific
    video.

    Subscription videos not available?

Ok, i changed a couple of settings on the website, so not 100% sure what one it was that allowed the subscriptions to show up on the xbox, in the settings, i changed the sharing "Add video to public playlist" to ticked, in playback i unticked "Keep all my
subscriptions private" and i changed my user name from my email back to my original user name of , some how as well, i also made my "channel" public, that created a Google+ account as well.

cardy1970, which setting did you change? "subscriptions" as a header on the Home Page should be showing up for anybody who has subscriptions, and if it's not, that's a bug.

For those of you who are seeing channels say that they have no videos, just press "A" when you're in the channel. That's the workaround for now and there will be a fix in the future.

Where are you guys actually seeing subscriptions on the Xbox app, as ever since the update i can't find this as an option any more.
