No Video After Hard Reset From Offline System Update That Was Stuck

Hi. I was doing an offline system update after getting an E106 error. The system update got to step 2 of 3: Verifying (65%) and was stuck there overnight. I have powered off and powered on several times. I never get any video. I can hear the XBox hard drive
trying to do something, but no video. I have tried:

Press and hold the BINDbutton (located below the Xbox button on the console) and the EJECTbutton (located on the front of the console), and
then press the Xboxbutton on the console.

Continue holding the BINDand EJECTbuttons for 10-15 seconds.

Listen for two “power-up” tones a couple of seconds apart. You can release the BINDand EJECTbuttons after the second power-up tone.

I never hear any tones. So to summarize, whenever I power up the XBox, I no longer get any video. I have tried two monitors by the way in case anyone was to ask. Please help! Thanks.

I tried that but it tells me that phone calls and chats aren't available for this issue.

Once set up and you have received your shipping label via email you can pack up your console.

Update: I've concluded the hard drive is probably bad. After many hours, I have been able to get to the Troubleshooter and have tried to do factory resets as well as offline updates of OSU1 and factory reset. The soft factory reset has just come back
with other error codes as have the offline updates. Sometimes the offline updates successfully complete but come back with error codes (ex. 200 and 103). The offline updates often get to a point where each additional % of progress is very very slow. You can
hear the hard drive working hard when that happens. The error codes seem to indicate failure of offline updates. So I have given up. Luckily I realized my 1 year warranty was not up yet so I will be sending the unit back for warranty repair.
