Issue is still not resolved.. after my last call to support MS closed my ticket stating that it is resolved. Their response was oh well its early yet for the backwards compatibility, your problem will be resolved once we get all the bugs sorted.

BS looks like I am an ex xbox owner.. - xbox one forza console for sale cheap just in time for xmas

@SKurjSK just so you know I am having the exact same problems as you. Account is fine but can't change the xbox 360 location. Not sure if that is even the problem but no way to find out as it won't let me change it. Just says try back later. Would be nice
if MS support could either add a game for you or change your location at least. There is obviously a coding problem so them telling me all the places to go click aren't going to change anything.

So, 2 years down the line and still the same problem... Not much in the way of updated support. Beginning to think this "backwards compatible" is just a bunch of BS.

Do not for a second understand why I should change my region (which automatically cancels my card if used until I can confirm that there was actually no fraud involved) just to buy a game.

It won't allow me to change region, and it does not say why. I am guessing it could be for one of 2 reasons.. I am a new xbox owner, it says you can only change region every 3 months, perhaps the first 3 months aren't up yet.. or

My region is already set to English Canada.. bottom left of the page does show English Canada.. I don't know how to see my 360 Account Region..

During the support calls I have been told different stories, one was it was the game suppliers fault, another was I need an xbox 360.. all BS.

Its been 3 weeks now and I am unable to buy anything free or otherwise from xbox 360 store.

have you tried going on xbox.com going on the 360 part and purchasing the games on the website after that the games you purchase appear as ready to install on your xbox one
