No valid payment option

This problem still hasn't been solved, whenever i go to get a FREEEE (via games with gold) game it says i need a valid option and that option is to put my credit card, even when i try to get it on Xbox one. This is stupid, this shouldn't be a problem yet
it is.

Heya RahulTheCarGuy,

The Xbox Store makes users "purchase" the FREE games with a price of $0.00. In order for one to download Games with Gold (backwards compatible titles for the time being) without a credit/debit card or PayPal, you would need to install the game directly to
an Xbox 360. Preview Program testers are currently testing the ability to browse and purchase 360 titles on their Xbox Ones.

I believe that the system will not accept DEBIT cards. You need to use a CREDIT card, or you can

1. Go to a local game store or electronics store and purchase a subscription card with a code. You can use your debit card to pay for it there.

2. If you have the new update and have a paypal account, you can use paypal to make your payment.

Its doing the samething to me but im not sure whether its paid for a months xbox live, wether it ran out in the first place, but now its saying ive got a gold and its just keeps going

The 360 store is set up differently from the one on the One and xbox.com. The website/One does not recognize your Microsoft account balance as a valid payment option for 360 content. So you need a credit card/Paypal on file in order to purchase 360 content,
even if it is free. Otherwise you would need to use a 360 console to purchase the content. This would not be related to a region change, and there is no way to change your region before the 3 months is up.
