    No valid payment option on file: Halo Reach


    Hello,

    Been trying to purchase Halo: Reach but there is apparently no valid payment option on file. Which is not true as I have my credit card attached to pay for Xbox Live.

    When clicking on the link to add a payment option it locks the country to the US. I live in New Zealand so this is somewhat of an issue.

    Is there any way to solve this?

    The account is already set to New Zealand as is the language.

    account     to view your billing information, are you able to ensure that all of your payment info is up-to-date and correct? Does this same issue occur if you try to purchase this game on both the console and through Xbox.com ?

    If you continue to have trouble with purchasing this game after ensuring that all of your payment information is correct, then we'd recommend reaching out to the
    Xbox Support Chat Team so that they can take a closer look into your account and further discuss your options.
