No Valid Payment Option...But I added a debit card and it still won't work

I tried to buy the xbox 360 backwards comp Dead Space, and after getting the "no valid" message the first time, I added a debit card. I got the message again. And again, I delved into Google and many posts just like this one told me to look into the region
of my card and my account. I've never lived in any other country or state, but I checked anyway, all under the same location. I double checked the card number and other info. Fine. But still I cannot buy this $5 freaking game. I deleted my PayPal account in
case it kept trying to use that one. Still doesn't work. I'm at a loss. This is my first xbox of any sort ever, so buying it on another device is also impossible. Please tell me someone has figured out how to fix this, because I'm seriously regretting this
console purchase.

Suspended Due To Payment Method, Help Please.

So I've been banned from Live due to my debit card being taken off. EVEN THOUGH MY MEMBERSHIP RUNS OUT IN MAY 2012!

But never the less I add a new payment option; a valid debit card and select it as my new payment method.

No luck, I'm still banned, The box comes up saying I'm banned, I click update payment options and select the new card, the box disapears, I try and play a game online and the box appears again saying I'm banned. Great.

So I add my Paypal and select that as a payment method. Still no luck.



What the hell is happening? All my payment methods I've just added are valid but I'm still suspended.

No.You need a valid payment option like a credit/debit card or paypal

 

Make sure your region account and physical location match. It is my suggestion for you to use a credit card or pay pal to make the purchase

 

They match. I've never owned an account in any other location. My PayPal, also under my physical location, was my only method before all this happened, which prompted the addition of my debit card.
