    When I try to download Black ops 2 from the Xbox store it says I have no valid payment methods . When try to change the payment method I can't change my location from US to Australia, where I live . Does anyone know how I can download the games properly
    ?

    Can't change gamertag.

    Try updating your info and maybe even deleting and re adding your payment method. The payment method may have expired or no longer be valid.

    No. The Microsoft ccount balance is not a valid payment method for subscriptions.

    You have to settle your previous payments through a valid method of payment before doing changes in your membership or method of payment.

    As Smwutches indicated, Microsoft is not responsible for validating the status of your payment method. If it is still in their system, they will assume that it is an active payment method.
