"No Valid Payment Method" on Backward Compatible Games

Backward compatibility 360 games for Xbox One require a valid method of payment attached to your account, although they might be free games with gold. In the case of free games you will not be charged yet a purchase of 0.00$ will be filed so you still need
a valid method of payment (a credit card) attached to your account.

Thanks, it worked. I ran an xbox 360 game through my game pass subscription and I created an xbox 360 profile within and then the card added.

You must try to add the payment method directly in the 360 emulated console, start any 360 backwards compatibility game, press both the button near the central Xbox button on your Xbox One pad so this send to the 360 the central button input, navigate to
settings and try to follow this instructions:
