    i purchased UNRAVEL in the Xbox Store via my Xbox One with 10% off (EA Access)
    February 4th 2016    .

    Unfortunately i never get the Yarny Avatar Gift as promised (Preorder).

    Hope you can help / resend ?!?

    you would have needed to pre-order Unravel before 2/9. Sorry for any inconveniences that this may have caused.
