    When I open SmartGlass and then TV, there is no "Watch TV" option. On Windows 8.1 there is. What kind of bad joke is this?, available on iOS and soon on Android, but not on your own platform? No TV streaming on Windows Phone SmartGlass? :(

    This was shipped initially on Windows & iOS, but not on Windows Phone & Android. There were technical reasons that allowed us to more quickly ship on the first 2 platforms.

    I'm using a windows phone with the same issue. Simply won't connect. Smartglass and game streaming both find the xbox just fine.

    same problem, but only with android, because i used ipad mini and it works without problems. i tried to connect a lot of different phone (android) and always the same..doesn't work.

    i'm tv tuner xbox one owner and i suppose is this the problem, the tv tuner.

    i'm very disappointed because i like very much smartglass....please solve the problem asap.

    and also give to android device the tv program streaming like apple o windows phone.

    To stream live TV to your Xbox One SmartGlass app, grab your iOS or Windows device (Android support coming soon), open the SmartGlass app, select the TV tile and press "Watch TV".

    They have officially responded on reddit:

    "OneGuide, including the guide, TV controls, and TV streaming, were removed from the Windows versions of the Xbox app. To use OneGuide on Windows, get the Xbox One SmartGlass app in the Windows Store. OneGuide is still part of the Xbox app on iOS and Android."
