Discus and support No tv providers for my zip code in one guide in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I am trying to set up my oneguide after reseting it and now when I search my zip code 52052, It says no tv providers found.     No tv providers for my zip code in one guide


    I am trying to set up my oneguide after reseting it and now when I search my zip code 52052, It says no tv providers found. I have used this zip code and Mediacom as my provider since I got the xbox when it first came out. It seems like a database error
    on xbox's end what can I do to get someone to notice this? I am in the preview program and I have sent feedback via the console yet still nothing has changed. I had called xbox support and they couldn't help me I have a service report number. What can I
    do?

    Verizon FIOS tv guide

    Hello All, I just received an Xbox one yesterday. Hooked it up and attempted to configure for TV watching (HDMI from cable box to Xbox 1, Xbox 1 to TV). I'm able to watch TV no problem but while adding in my zip code for TV guide info, it would not list
    Verizon FIOS as one of the available providers. Is this an overall block of verizon on Xbox do to Verizons removal of their streaming app or is this just a flook? I'm zip code 19154 in philadelphia if that matters.

    One Guide not working with Comcast

    I've tried to add cable provider info at a later point, but it isn't an option.

    Does that mean you went to Settings > TV & One Guide?

    The first option there should ask for your zip code.

    You have to keep the cable box hooked up to the Xbox One. You cannot hook it up to set it up and unhook it and expect it to work. Also, go into the tv and one guide settings in the settings menu and make sure that you have entered your zip code and selected
    your tv provider. After that you should be all set.

    Hi HOOFHHARTED82, can you give us your provider, zip code, and some examples of missing channels?

    Also, have you gone to TV settings, the guide, and changed the channel filtering options to see if that impacts anything.

    Antenna TV on Xbox One

    Got my HomeWorx HW-150 all set up. I did provider as Mediasonic and did Manuel enter of model HW150. I selected Antenna and entered my zip code. Everything is working perfect. Voice commands and guide. I love it. I recommend this to anyone with OTA TV.
