    No transparency in Xbox Enforcement


    Evidently, when the Enforcement Team issues a ban or suspension, it is supposed to put you in contact with a team member when you do a case review. It does not. It does not matter what you type in the question or evidence box when you submit a review.
    They do not answer questions or help you understand what actually happened. I'm not looking for any kind of help here with my case, which actually happened on a PlayStation (really?), but a little more interaction with said team member would be appreciated.
    There was no explanation and no answer to my question, just a cookie cutter answer that was basically a copy/paste from their own website. So is this what is meant when they say they want transparency in the system?

    Harassment, bullying and team-killing

    I follow those steps every time. My recourse never lands enforcement for anyone. I never wind up feeling protected. The whole enforcement lacks transparency and detail that they claim is for peoples protection, but that lack of transparency leaves the
    door wide open for people to abuse the system. My wifes reports result in enforcements, she receives messages from live when they enforce based on her reports. Mine dont. Our behaviors and reporting are similar. But the results are not. Seems curious to me.

    The suspensions forum in no way exists for our entertainment, rather for transparency for those who need answers from Policy and Enforcement.

    Permanent bans for the most childish stuff or for no reason and basically robbed your money

    I used to always say ‘you must have done something’, but lately im not so sure.

    they need more transparancy with this system i think.

    then again, ive never had any form of enforcement in ten years.
