    No trace of my money


    I pre-ordered MW3 a month ago and on November 4th I realized some strange things, the campaign early access took me to buy now screen even tho I had the campaign installed, then November 8th I looked in the Microsoft store and it said to buy the game again and there's been no trace of my money and I bought it with my Microsoft balance .

    It's important to note that this is a public user-to-user community forum, and none of us here work for Microsoft.

    Kindly try to make sure your pre-order was successfully charged to your Microsoft account by signing your account on account.microsoft.com > payment and billing > order history > select the date of range when you pre-ordered your MW3 to see if it will show up.

    If you're unable to find the transaction, check your other Microsoft email accounts' order history.

    Also, check the accounts' Order History of your family members or friends who might have been using your Xbox console or Windows PC frequently at your home. It might be possible that the pre-order was accidentally made there.

    Xbox LIVE 11 Year Old Accounts with Original GT's.

    Mines about to turn to 10 years should be 11 but got hacked about 3 years ago and lost my account and a LOT of money luckily MS tracked traced and restored my account(took over a year and I got my money back) Ghost recon back in the day was a lot better
    than it is nowadays and motogp ruled lol
