No token after purchasing season one of Dragon Ball Super/Z??

I recently bought season 1 of dragon ball super during the deal that was going on from 6/30 through 7/6 and the deal stated "Get a token for Season 2 on us with purchase Season 1 between 6/30 - 7/6. Codes will be delivered in Message Center and can be
redeemed no later than 9/6.". I have yet to receive any messages from xbox or Microsoft with a "token" for season 2. Is anyone else having this issue?? I can't get any help from Microsoft!
