    No thumbnails in Netflix app


    Any one else having this issue? It started immediately after the last update. When the app loads to the profile screen the tiles are grey, no pictures. Then when I choose a profile it will load into the app and have text, but no thumbnails or pictures.
    If I select a show it plays the video just fine. Navigation is almost worthless without thumbnails, you have to click show by show through each list to see what is there. I have contacted Netflix and Microsoft to no avail. I have disconected all the power
    cords to the modem/router/xbox and waited, hard restart, uninstall, reinstall the app a dozen times and even did a factory reset. Nothing has worked. Never had a problem before this update. Any ideas?

    Hi!

    Topic: Upload Studio app from Xbox One

    Why when i edit a video with Upload Studio and send it to Xbox Live i have no thubmnail on it? No thumbnail appear on my videos on Xbox Live if i use Upload Studio! I have to re-do the edit twice or 3 times before i finally have a thumbnail on it!

    if i send the video on Xbox live without using Upload Studio i have a thumbnail!

    it's not the first time i use the app but the problem started a month ago i think!

    Help me please!

    Game DVR - Audio and Visual out of Sync

    Open the Upload app, go to My Captures, highlight the video thumbnail, and hit the menu button. Choose Delete.

    Or open the Upload app, My Captures, select Manage from the left-hand tab, and select multiple thumbnails at once, and then choose Delete.

    I'm having the same issues, no Video after update, no pics/thumbnails on anything. Despite being connected to live Netflix is giving me a "Internet Connection Problem" a reply from MS to this thread would be great!

    Hard to explain. I turn on my Xbox without an internet connection. I click the My games and apps thumbnail from the home tab and instead of showing all of my digital games thumbnails it shows an ad for gamepass. If i try to view the contents from the internal
    storage it takes me back to the game pass ad. The weird part is when i press the glowing X on my controller and pick My games and apps,it will show all of my pinned games thumbnails and im able to play my games from there.

    And also Xboxone's clips are loaded via an app not from boot. You basically are only loading a thumbnail of a clip
