no thanks for reporting

Hi. when playing fifa i used to report cheaters and abusers every now and then i would get a thank you message from xbox live saying they took action on some complaints. For the last 6 months not only do i report cheaters with an explanation i also record
them cheating. when i ask where i can upload the clip i get no reply and no thank you's anymore. Am i wasting my time reporting is there really someone reading these reports or do us decent players have to resort to cheating using illegal devices to hack other
players internet. I expect full protection from my gold account and at least an acknowledgement for taking my time to report these morons.

The enforcement team still investigates complaints, but thank you messages are actually pretty rare. So even if you're not getting an email about them, the enforcement team is still looking into it.

I think Microsoft just really dropped the ball. They pissed a lot of us off with DRM, then they pissed off everyone else when they removed it. Everyone in their fanbase was pissed at a point of the X1s describing.

Lol.... if there is something I'm sure of Sony has always been as whole a way worst corporate money machine overpricing their hardware and not respecting their customers... at least way more than MS ever did historically.... so maybe you have spent too much
time playing and not been outside enough those past 30 years 2 cause I was there too and saw it happen countless of times....
