No tenure when renewed gold

I didn't have gold for roughly 9 months. I renewed gold 10 days ago. My tenure still hasn't shown back up. Does that usually take a while for tenure to appear on my profile again?

Also still no sign of my tenure and i have recently renewed to 12 months more xbox lve gold i should be approaching 8 years now.

Tenure gone after renewing gold

Title says it all, I renewed my gold membership when my gold lapsed and my tenure disappeared from Xbox One but remains untouched and synced properly on 360. If someone could please help assist me with my tenure issue it would be much appreciated!

Hey there Oneder!

It can take up to a full billing cycle (30 days) for that to show back up. If after 30 days you still don't see things changing, post back and we'll take a closer look if we can.

you have to be gold to have a tenure icon if you use game sharing and the other guy have the gold you wont get the tenure icon you need to have your own gold subscription

EDIT: the tenure won't reset when you renew your gold subscription

You said you didn't renew your gold membership, so what you will want to do is renew. It will reset once you go gold again.

Tenure does not count while you are in a Silver membership status. When you add a Gold membership to your account your Tenure will show on the account again. This usually takes a week or so.

Upon renewal, the tenure will not update until the next year has been hit for the new tenure. Also, when you renew from Silver, it takes a little while to show the tenure again. When I renewed, mine was missing for about a day and then the 7 appeared.
