No surround sound during split screen co op campaign Gears 5!!!

Most likely because it has to put out audio at different rates for the split screen.

Thus limiting the audio ability. One player being closer to an explosion will be different then another player at another part of the map.

I have had no problem with 7.2.4 surround sound while playing Gears 1 through 4 split screen co op. It has always been quite immersive and worked great.

Are you after 4 player split screen campaigns, or just 4 player co-op campaigns.

I'm not aware of any 4 player split screen campaigns, but Halo supports 4 player co-op campaigns. You'd have to check each game, but I know Halo 5 and Halo Reach (I'm pretty sure) support 4 player co-op campaign

Resident Evil 5 and Gears of War 2 have split-screen co-op.

Same thing isn't it? You play co-operatively to kill the enemies and survive the round.

He ased what people's favourite co-op game was and I answered. He never specified if it had to be campaign co-op or split-screen co-op or anything else and you can play ME3 with friends.
