No it doesnt work either way. Ive live chatted and been to the support page ive even tried to hard reset my console to factory.

as i said in my post, ive tried the stuff listed on the support page, that doesnt work for me. i specify it, but it still doesnt show up. my wifi is literally the only network that doesnt show up on my xbox

Thank you so much for the detailed information. Are you still a minor? If yes, you need to ask an adult to add you as a member under a family group in that way they can manage your settings.

If the system detects that you’re a child account you will not be able to access your privacy and online settings.

I am not linked to an organizer account, and I never was. The second link you provided, which is where I want to go, just took me to the suppor page. I wish to see the page that is shown on the screenshot, but I cannot get there, even with the link you provided. I appreciate the help, but it is the same information I get from the xbox support page on family and online safety.
