    REFERENCED: Uh oh... that shouldn't have happened.

    So - I buy 2 (physical) copies of this game direct from Microsoft thinking "Hey why not ill help out buying from them, I've had Xbox since day one and Xbox live since launch." Then you screw up and don't provide either pre-order codes OR either $10 back
    code per copy of the game. I spend an hour on the phone with your support who directs me to leave a forum post on this site and on 2K's site. So I do and surprises - you both point fingers at each other - Gearbox and 2K say they cant issue the pre order codes
    only microsoft can. AND NOW YOUR TELLING ME Only 2k/Gearbox has to solve your problem while they say your causing the problem in the first place.

    And on top of that your telling me I have to call back in and work with someone else to get the 10$ account credits? Screw you. .. Ill just use amazon prime and get 20% off all new games, LIMITED editions included, guaranteed day of delivery, codes that
    always arrive in my email and no hassle. Or simply do midnight launches at gamestop or use my gamersclub best buy membership for 20% off and $ back on each order. This is you guys providing Pre-Spencer support to a customer who blows $5000 a year on video
    games. Tell me to keep going other places and jerk me around? Go screw yourself.

    Microsoft want me to use a different company to upgrade my hard copy of call of duty ghost. Tried to call them just to be put on hold for more then fifty minutes now. I wonder if they will ever answer? Just so everyone knows,,, if I had purchased the digital
    version of this game for the 360, I would have been able to upgrade to the Xbox one version for $9.99.. why wasn't that information blasted all over my 360 before the game was available.. I wouldn't be looking at spending at least $30 through another company
    just to play a game a spent $60.00 three weeks ago.. the PS4 is looking more user friendly everyday Microsoft sits on there hands. The PS4 announce they would gladly upgrade a game that purchased though a digital download.. where's your announcement Microsoft

    because there wasnt any availablility

    this is a activision issue as they set the terms and conditions of the upgrade

    to upgrade to cod ghost edition over live you must have the cod god version

    if you want to upgrade the disk version you must exchange it at your friendly neighbourhood gamestop in NA or your local retailer offering the upgrade

    Hey, Dbl Incertion! There are no pre-order codes for the content. It's something already attached to your account once you make the purchase. We are able to confirm it's already attached to your account, so the in-game content is on Gearbox. You will need
    to submit a ticket to them to resolve that. We cannot fix any in-game content if you already have the license.

    Additionally, you pre-ordered through the Microsoft Store, not the Xbox One Store. We are unable to assist with any support issues with them, and you will need to follow the contact links for them I provided in your thread.

    How long have you had it? I think the warranty is only 90 days. If it's an Elite you can get it repaired in some instances.

    Under EU law you have a 2 Year Guarantee.

    If it is over 6 months, you have to prove to the the Seller/Trader that the item is defective. Under 6 months they have to prove it wasn't

    Microsoft should not be involved in your country Germany, Please seek you local Citizens Advice and demand that the retailer sorts it out.
