    "No Submit Case Review option at Enforcement Website"


    My Xbox Profile currently have a Temporary Suspension as what confirmed or checked by Xbox Support but no option to Submit a Case Review at enforcement.xbox.com as if it is not detected online
    that your Profile has a current active Temporary Suspension.

    Unstated Xbox suspension.

    I have checked the enforcement website multiple times, and no where on the website does it state im under any enforcement action, nor can I submit a case review. I went to contact support and decided to try their automated support, it stated I was under
    a ban until january, and to submit a case review. Like I said previously no where on the website does it say I'm banned. Therefore I can not submit a case review. And I'm stuck in a loop of being told to submit a review when I cannot.

    I was banned and i want to know why. and i want it removed off my account. been a member for 9 years.

    You would need to submit a case review at the above website. The enforcement team does not use the forums so no one here has information about your case.

    Hello Xeonable,

    Smwutches is right - the Enforcement Team does not frequent these forums and you need to submit the case review directly to them. The only place to submit the case review would be over on the Enforcement Team's website:
    http://enforcement.xbox.com/

    Note that not all type of bans will allow a case review so you will only be able to appeal if the option is there.

    Xbox Enforcement Team is not helping at all

    You should log into the enforcement team website for information where you can also submit a case review if the suspension is eligible.

    Hello you will have to go to the enforcement website to submit a case review.

    Please keep in mind not all enforcement actions can get a case review.

    But you can try at the enforcement website here: https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-gb

    this would be the only way to speak to the enforcement team as for submitting a case review

    Sorry to hear you have run into this problem. Now your only options for suspensions are going through the Enforcement Website to submit a case review. Unfortunately you are only able to submit a case review if the enforcement was issued within the last 12
    months.

    For more information go ahead and go to the
    Enforcement page / Case Review    .

    You will have to log into the enforcement team website and submit a case review if the ban is eligible. http://enforcement.xbox.com/home If you can't submit a case review the case is closed and the decision
    is final.
