No star after I bought Halo Wars 2 Ultimate Edition

Was that title not eligible? Or was it because I bought it early? Ultimate edition, not preorder, was available for purchase a couple of days before the regular edition.

Halo Wars Definitive Edition code

As mentioned in the description of Halo Wars 2: Ultimate Edition, codes for Halo Wars: Definitive Edition will go out 7-10 days after your pre-purchase of Halo Wars 2: Ultimate Edition. Since you just bought it, please post a new thread if you don't get
a code after 10 days.

Halo Wars 2: Ultimate Edition + Halo wars: definitive edition

I Bought Halo Wars 2: Ultimate Edition ,But It's Not possible to Download Halo wars: definitive edition.

That title was not eligible to add any stars to your profile. The staff will have to review to see if it was counted toward MyVip or the Games on Demand offer. Since the Ultimate edition was a weird scenario (had early access) the system may have gotten
confused.

The staff will review and reply within 1-2 business days. They work Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm PST and do not work weekends.

We see that you were targeted for a VIP Boost to your fourth star. However, the spending requirement for that offer was 875 SEK. Since your purchase amount in February was beneath this amount, it did not complete that offer, and therefore did not award a
bonus star.
