    No sound when streaming XBOX Series S


    Halo, i have a problem with my Xbox S Console. My viewers can’t hear the game sound when streaming directly from the console. There is no problem yesterday and there is no change in the stream setting.

    Can you help me with this? Thanks.

    Hi Kathy, I haven't streamed in a while but when I was streaming my in game on call of duty only had my voice on stream, and I play on a Xbox series s, so with that being said it was a question that was in my mind cause my team aren't on Xbox so when I'm having conversations with them in game it sounds like I'm talking alone on the stream.

    Hi, I hope you're doing well and safe out there. I'm an Independent Advisor and I’m happy to help you today.

    Have you already tried power cycling your console? If not, turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds and then plug the console power cable back in. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.

    Try to soft reset your TV by turning it off and holding the power button for 15-30seconds then try checking your game sounds again.
