no sound over headset in os 10.0.190418016

so its any system sound that coming stereo with a headset. im getting ready to format it and hope its just a OS bug and format works because im starting to think im going to have to send it in for service

I would set The party sound to headset only

And depending on what headset you have I know a few top headsets over buttons on the headset to fix the party just by the headset If that makes sense(?)

(like my headset have a button on it for "super human hearing" and I have to turn it off when I'm in a party due to the fact my friend's voices sound like if they were screaming but they're not)

To me it sound like an issue with the headset itself. I am fairly sure the wire connections for game sound and voice sound on Turtle Beach headsets are different so this may be why you get voice sound through both ear cups and only game sound through one,
I would head over to the Turtle Beach site and contact them regarding the issue.

The reason you wont get any game sound through your standard Xbox 360 headset is because it is only compatible for voice chat.

I preferred the Triton 720+ Model over TB Headsets. You can get the headset for around 150.00 I like the leather cups over the cloth/foam stuff. Sound quality to me when testing both company's and models sound the same. Astros are nice as well but not worth
the 200+ range unless your a high end streamer or Tournament player.

They're excellent. Hearing the engine roaring through a surround sound headset over TV sound any day.
