    Yesterday i was playing with 2 friends and we were on a call, i lost sound to everything in my xbox after i turned on my xbox one from my steering wheel. the only sound that was coming out from the xbox was the call sound. everything else is muted. I want
    a solution to this!

    i saw so many videos in youtube and none of those fixe's fixed my problem. Please HELP!

    im playing on a monitor and i connected the aux of my sound system to the controller, so the sound comes from the controller (and i never had any problem whith it).

    Hello!

    Thanks for reaching out to us here on the forums with this situation. I understand you're having trouble with the Audio from the Xbox One going through the 3.5mm jack on your controller. Do you have full battery charge? Perhaps try plugging the Aux cord
    into like your phone and make sure its not the sound system malfunctioning. If it works you may want to try a different controller just in case.

    I like the idea of it being called Xbox Scarlett. It sounds cool. Xbox Two, whilst it would work, I just think Xbox Scarlett sounds amazing.

    I'll be happy no matter what they call it.

    Sounds like you have a duff xbox one ... give xbox support a call and ask for an exchange

    I talk about international phone calls.

    With a normal phone you have a more real voice then on the 360.

    Skype has also good sound quality for international phone calls.

    That´s why I like the new Xbox One chat.
