No sound on NBA 2k19 and 2k20

I bought 75k vc for nba 2k19 by accident was supposed to be for 2k20 I dont have 2k19 I want the 75k vc sent to my nba 2k20

I also cant hear the game every other game I have sound but not on 2k.

By no sound you mean no sound effects or any kind of sound from these games (music/sound effects)?

Does it happen only in these two games? Or also in other games you have?

Hi try to powercycle your xbox by holding the power button for 5-10 seconds and see if that fixes the issue
