No Sound on Game Pass Games

yes, same problem and using a Samsung tv, never had an issue. It started when I downloaded assassins creed Odessey

I had this same problem. It began last night. I tried everything that I could think of until reading this thread. I have a Samsung smart tv. And it has the current update that is available.

Problem is that certain games have no sound and others do.

Fix for me was factory reset the tv. I have sounds on the game that didn’t and on the games that did.

I hope this helps anyone that is having this same problem.

in my case holding the power button wether it be on the tv or the remote did not do a hard reset other than just turning the tv off. I had to go through the settings to get to the factory reset and this has fixed the issue even though it is a rather long process which for me was shortened by the app on my phone.

So I have found that if the problem comes back... Just pressing and holding the power button on the TV remote seems to have the same results, and a bit quicker. It basically hard boots the TV and the sound returns.
