No sound on Downloaded Game

Hi we just got a XBox one S. We set it up and Downloaded 2 games from the sale. Cuphead and Super Lucky's tale. Cuphead works fine but Super Lucky's Tale plays but without sound. Nothing we seem to do can get the sound to work. Just wondering if there is
a way to get the sound working. We tried reinstalling already

HELP BINGO don't have sound

for some reason ever since i downloaded the game there has been no sound .

what can I do to get the sound on .

no sounds on Taptiles

Just downloaded taptiles from the store, it plays ok, but no sounds, the adverts play sounds ok but taptiles does not. I am running Windows 10 Pro 64 bit on a Asus M5A78LUSB3 motherboard. Microsoft casual games all play sounds ok. Not sure if taptiles has
sounds or not, but would expect sounds.

I would try and check the in game sounds and if they're all the way up then try the steps in this article.

Hi. Did you find a solution to the sound problem with Super Lucky's Tale? We have the same issue, and find no solution. Sound works on all other games.
