    No sound on all games since yesterday


    Hi

    After the update i have no sound on my remote but on my tv i have sound i thouht it might be my earphones but bought new ones still its not working but everything was working fine yesterday even my kids where playing fortnite and there was sound from the
    earphones and now nothing please help

    I have resetted the machine to factory settings but still no sound

    Hello are the games on an external HD by chance? Have you checked to make sure you're connected online and have an active subscription to Xbox Live and Gamepass as well?

    Have you tried a complete power cycle, as well as logging out completely and logging back in?

    Additionally, are there any current restrictions on your account, be it Family/Content settings, and/or account-based issues (loss of service)?

    If a power cycle does not work try unplugging the console for 30seconds and the plug it back in to restart, also clear the local saved memory , some times this makes it run slower and not load the games correctly
