    No sound from any headphones on xbox one


    The sound suddenly stopped working through my headphones yesterday.

    I have tried different headphones, a different controller, new batteries in the controller, plugging the controller directly in to the x-box. I have also checked all settings are as they should be.

    I can't think of anything else so would really appreciate any other ideas.

    Have you tried a hard reset? If not, hold the power button down for 10 seconds. This should reboot the console totally. Let me know how you get on please.
