No Sound for clips/previews in xbox microsoft store app

Hi all,

if I go to the Microsoft store app in my xbox one I do not get any sound when the gameplay clips or movie previews play. I have no other audio problems. I have unplugged & replugged everything. I had hard reset the console. The audio for the clips does not
play thru my rig800 headset either.

Again, there is no audio for the clips/previews that auto play when you look at a game or movie in the Microsoft Store app.

any advice?

So while watching a clip I had no idea that you could go to settings & turn the sound on or off.

Now it works!!!

While the clip was playing I selected the ... from the top right of the screen, then I selected settings & thats where the option to turn sound on was.

That can be the Video Clipe muted, you check when the clipe run if have some icone with mute or vol in Zero?

Just look in the apps store or your installed apps for an app called "upload studio".

It should tell you how much space you have for clips(although that may be a preview thing)& let you edit & delete them.

I've had a few clips lately without sound, I put it down to the preview update, not sure if it's 'ongoing' or not.
