No sound at all with my headset.

Hi, please can someone help me?

My head set stops working from time to time for no reason. This is about the 4th time in the last 3 months that this has happened, this one being the longest. It is driving me mad!

I have watched a dozen YouTube videos and I can’t seem to sort it.

There is no audio coming out of my headset for the x box one. The headset does work when plugged into a kindle so I know they work. I have tried it with multiple controllers.

I am literally at the end of my patience with this. Why can’t it be a quick fix.

Any advice much appreciated.

No Sound at all

Hey there! That is definitely frustrating! Try what's in this link here first,

support.xbox.com/.../improve-audio-quality

And also, try hooking up another HDMI device into that same slot on your TV to see if that works. (If you have one)

Slight chance it could be the TVs HDMI port not working correctly, or even the cable itself. Do you have another HDMI cable you could test as well?

No Sound at all

I have the new xbox 360 and it worked fine the other week but today, it has no sound..It has a beautiful picture but absolutly no sound. It is hooked with HDMI cable. The audio works fine with the TV and otherwise but just not the xbox. Anyone have any suggestions?

on the tv i have the sound turned all the way down all the sound goes to my headset

I own the Arctis 5 headset. I've owned SO many different kind of headsets and they all either lack something or break. These headsets have a perfect balance of everything. They never irritate my ears, are light, comfortable, give me sound everywhere and
sound good with my voice output!

With four different controllers and three different headsets one brand new out of the box if I'm in a party chat it's extremely loud I Echo and everybody's headset they could hear a pin drop in my house everything that goes on there's feedback loops
I have the TV volume off but yet they can still hear all the sound through my headset gaming sound mic Extremely Loud can hear anything in my house have all the settings turned as low as I can can't find what is wrong

If you have TV sound off and in party other player can hear your game sounds, you are using an headset combo game sound/party chat.

Can you share with us your headset brand and model? For all of this because you say that have 3 different headsets.

I've been using my TB xp500 for game sound and using the Kinect to talk. All voice chat comes through the headset.

All my buddies said it sounded ok.

No sound at all with my headset.
