    No sound and Severe Lag on Xbox One Live connection (Please Help)


    I am trying to play COD on Xbox Live. I have been playing for weeks with zero issues. Yesterday and today severe lag stared with no sound during game play. Intermittent sound from players but no game sound.

    Specifics: Wired Connection, NAT Open, no packet loss, Upload of 6.8M download of 66's I believe.

    I have tried resetting router, unplugging everything, performing network connection (no errors), xbox live test (no errors).

    Everything is telling me it is fine. Then as soon as I connect to xbox live all sound goes away and lag starts.

    Frustrated Xbox owner.

    Backwards Compatibility lagging and losing live.

    When I play Halo Reach, I start to lag. Even the Xbox Live Parties which I am not evening playing with start to sound like cutting in and out robots. Sometimes during this lag and freezing, I loose live. Not for the Xbox One, only for the 360 port... It's
    unplayable since I lose connection and get kicked out of games even if I don't lose connection, but from lag. Please someone help!

    Error code 0x80bd0006

    My internet is working fine and I tested my connection several times... Played xbox last night no problems. i have seven months xbox live left on my one and I just turned my console on I am unable to connect to anything online though it says I have internet
    connection still. Unable to see my account info as we'll through the xbox. When I clicked on manage my account recieved error code 0x80bd0006 please help!

    Xbox Lagging, Even Though I have an Ethernet Connection

    Hello fellow Xbox players,

    Since my Xbox doesn't receive the best connection, I switched to an Ethernet connection, and it worked out surprisingly well, but here's the thing: For the past week, I now have severe lag, even though I have the ethernet connected. It's to the point that
    my download speeds are now KGB instead of MB, the typical thing of lag. Xbox parties, all games, and apps, all lag severely to the point that they sometimes don't work. I've used multiple trouble steps to help, but to no avail. Please help, as I can't play
    Xbox and try to help my fellow Xbox players, so please help.
    Can you please detailing out what those "multiple trouble steps" are, so that people trying to help can have a better understanding what you have tried so far (to no avail).

    Hello Adrian,

    Thanks for coming to the forums. Sorry for the issue with sever lag. You can try and

    port forward     your router. This will usually help with these types of issues. Another thing is also try an ethernet connection over wireless.

    Account shows 0 gamerscore when I sign into any game

    I think it's lag. Try turning it all the way off. And wait a little bit sounds like bad connection xbox live could be having some issues.

    Well I can sign into xbox live and I have a great connection but yet I lag. I went to the dashboard to see if the Internet is messing up. So I tested my xbox live connection and it says that I can't connect my network to the Internet but yet I can still

    Hey there biker! Hmm, OK so I'm going to start with linking you our general Lag troubleshooter: Xbox LIVE Lag Problem and Solutions. Generally when
    there's some network stickiness, that'll help you sort it. I'd pay special attention to the wireless interference parts- from what you've been saying, it sounds like the wifi is where the connection is getting gummed up. (If it's possible to even TEST it
    on a wired connection, I'd definitely recommend that. It'll help us confirm/eliminate the wireless.)



    If the connection is still bad after that, then can you please check this sticky and post back the requested info?
