No sound, and resolution issue

Discus and support No sound, and resolution issue in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; So, I turned on my XB1, and when I went to sign in, it got to the point where it should show me the dots to enter my password, and it just left a grey...     No sound, and resolution issue


    So, I turned on my XB1, and when I went to sign in, it got to the point where it should show me the dots to enter my password, and it just left a grey screen. I unplugged the power block to shut it down, and now when I turn it on it's like a widescreen picture,
    and there's no audio.

    My new xbox ons s blu-ray app doesn´t work with DVDs

    Play Blu-Rays works fine, high resolution and 7.1 sound, but when I play a DVD the resolution is 520i and no sound. I have tried to reinstall the box... and the blu-ray app.

    Xbox 360 Wireless Adapter Issue.

    Sorry to sound like an a$$. I have been dealing with wireless issue for the past month. I still have no resolution, and my PS3 works flawlessly, have never had to hard wire it...

    Never mind, I suppose it fixed itself somehow when I switched my TV mode from HDMI to AV, and then back.

    Plugging in headset makes controller turn off...
