    NO Sound after rebooting my XBox ONE S


    NO Sound after resetting my XBox ONE S, on my Surround Headset with Adapter.

    But the weirdest thing is, I had sound in Mixer some of my friends who I followed.

    The other channels also No Sound, Dashboard or Game, also NO Sound at all.

    That's why I knew, my Headset was not Dead, it worked before.

    And I managed to get it working again before, but now it was different.

    I solved the issue with the following steps.

    I hope you didn't change the Audio Settings, and left it as it was working.





    01. Switch of Device, by hitting Xbox Button

    02. Choose from Settings Turn Device OFF

    03. Take Out Battery from Controller

    04. Hook Up Controller with Cable, leave the Headset inserted in the Adapter in the Controller

    05. Turn the XBox ONE on, Manual. (With your finger on the Power Button)

    06. Turn the Controller ON when the XBox is at the Dashboard

    07. Link the Controller with Your XBox

    08. Now you have sound

    09. Insert your Battery and Game is on.

    error code 0x8a4001b

    My xbox One S wouldnt' sign into my account so I removed the account after rebooting the console and now when i try to -add my account the error code 0x8a4001b keeps showing up.Any ideas?

    Xbox app no sound

    I have been streaming games from my Xbox one to my windows 10 laptop I have never had any problems until today the first problem was the party chat had stopped working (the sound was not coming through from the other people in the party) then
    after rebooting the app there was no sound coming from the stream. Can you help me?

    Xfinity X1 and Xbox One, TV loses audio after idle time.

    i'm having the same exact issue... xfinity, viera tv, sound bar with optical from tv.... all xbox one sounds work after idle... but TV sound won't come on unless I reboot the xbox.

    very frustrating to have to reboot the xbox before watching TV every time

    Mine has been fine as well. My xos had many issues vs one reboot with the x.

    With my Xbox one s it constantly needed to be rebooted, sometimes even after booting it. The Kinect with the adapter rarely if ever worked and the external hd didn’t show up always either.

    On my Xbox one x scorpio edition the only issues was one time the screen dimmed and the pop up didn’t show. After a reboot it has been fine ever since.

    Have had that issue. There is a definite bug in the OS there.

    Other than that all has been fine so far.
