    No signal to tv


    Only have had it for 6 months everything has worked fine until 4 days ago it started to drop picture and sound for one to three seconds at a time. Did a reset several times change HDMI cable three times tried diffrent tv's and even left it off for a day.
    It has now stopped sending any signal to tv. Need help I home school and its my .lifeline to the world.

    Don't confuse what the xbox one will send to signal to vs. what the TV is set to receive.

    This is a TV issue based on what signals the TV can receive and how.

    Templeon Fox ..I spent almost three hours on chat with their customer service to no avail. Fortunately I am still under warranty so they are sending me a replacement console. No explanation of why it suddenly happened without any prior problems. Wish they
    were able to get these problems under control as I've seen many people with the same issue. Good luck getting your repaired.

    there is something wrong with my Xbox it's either the power cord or it's internal my Xbox turns on doesn't make the startup sound just sits there and there's no signal to my TV can't connect my controllers even with a USB almost certain it's internal Microsoft
    is a joke do you know how hard it is to even get answers I have to take it to GameStop so they can test my power cord I'm pretty sure that's not the problem because my Xbox wouldn't turn on if my power cord was jacked I see now why everybody is buying a PC
