    So recently turned xbox one x on no signal hear everything threw my headphones can also stream play threw my laptop this happens not even a month after the warranty goes up call in they want 279.00 to fix if you can by a new one for 350.00 this is insane
    so took it to a shop replaced retimer chip still no video any other thoughts on what this could be have had every xbox owned 4 ones now also been a live member for over 10 years come on Microsoft this seems to be a big issue and no real help to the community

    Yep tried different hdmi cables and all had my computer guy replace the retimer chip also that still didn't fix it but plays just fine threw the laptop streaming it

    Thanks for coming to the forums. We understand have a blank screen when turning console on. There is a

    guide for troubleshooting a blank screen    . If after all troubleshooting on the guide doesn't work there could be something wrong with the internal hardware.
