    Hi yes hdmi connected in the right slot power supply connected directly to the wall and power supply light is the nor al white/blue

    TV or monitor screen blank on Xbox One support page    ? If you haven't already, please run through those steps to make sure the issue can be resolved. If after running through all of those steps the issue persists, your Xbox One console may need to be repaired.

    That means your tv is not getting the signal on that particular input from the xbox.

    1. you want to make sure that your tv is on the correct input.

    2. you want to make sure that the HDMI is in at both ends tightly.

    3. make sure that the HDMI cord is going from the OUT TO TV port on the back of the xbox and not the IN FROM CABLE BOX. (there are 2 different HDMI ports on the back of the xbox one is an input from a cable box or other device and the other is the output
    that would go to the tv)

    Do you have the HDMI cord going directly to the TV or do you have it going through an audio video receiver?

    If going through an A/V receiver then you want to make sure it is on the correct input also.

    Don't confuse what the xbox one will send to signal to vs. what the TV is set to receive.

    This is a TV issue based on what signals the TV can receive and how.

    Templeon Fox ..I spent almost three hours on chat with their customer service to no avail. Fortunately I am still under warranty so they are sending me a replacement console. No explanation of why it suddenly happened without any prior problems. Wish they
    were able to get these problems under control as I've seen many people with the same issue. Good luck getting your repaired.

    there is something wrong with my Xbox it's either the power cord or it's internal my Xbox turns on doesn't make the startup sound just sits there and there's no signal to my TV can't connect my controllers even with a USB almost certain it's internal Microsoft
    is a joke do you know how hard it is to even get answers I have to take it to GameStop so they can test my power cord I'm pretty sure that's not the problem because my Xbox wouldn't turn on if my power cord was jacked I see now why everybody is buying a PC
