    How do I print a shipping label from the new Online Service Center?

    Hi, you should have received an email to the email address associated with your account with the shipping label attached. If you're not seeing the email check your spam folder as they often end up in there.

    Yes, I checked the spam folder, sent the email again several times, checked my spam folder again, and received nothing, as I said before.

    Either way you'd need to print the label that they provide as it has the repair order number on it. If you have not received the email to the address associated with your gamertag (be sure to check your spam folders) then you can print the label from the
    Repairs page.

    You should be able to see the shipping label on this website
    https://support.microsoft.com/devices     and when you click on your device, click on the blue order number and there should be a link to the shipping label to print it. If not, please check your email and your spam folder.
