No shipments to Northern Ireland postcodes within the UK

The error message reads ‘we are currently unable to ship to Northern Ireland postal codes in the U.K.’

This has seemingly been a problem for quite some time according to my searching. I have a Northern Ireland address set in my account and the other addresses also matched.

I have ordered in the past (2020) and must’ve just missed when this error started

1. May we ask if there is somehow an error message or code when you try to use Northern Ireland as shipping address?
   
2. May we ask if you have Northern Ireland set as your shipping address in your account? Please use this link to check: Microsoft account | Address book
   
3. May we ask if the shipping and billing address of your account matched your payment instrument's address?
