    Hello, I'm having a problem with my xbox one that prevents me from enjoying the console. Here's the problem: both the wired and wi-fi connections have a much slower speed than other nearby devices, making it impossible for games.

    My pc , on the xbox side, with a wifi adapter or even an ethernet cable, gets speeds around 80 ~ 100mb, and my xbox one features speeds of less than 10mb with cable or wifi. Anyone know a solution to this problem?

    I understand that you cannot link your Microsoft account through the Playstation Network, I imagine you are doing it to be able to play Minecraft since that is why you are asked to link your account.

    Can you sign in to your Microsoft account through the Xbox website and the Microsoft website?

    Do you get any error messages when you try to log in to websites?

    If you are able to log in to the websites mentioned above without experiencing any problems, I suggest you contact Mojang Support directly for further assistance and likewise Playstation Support as the problem may be arising from their end already. As you will understand, they are the ones in charge of linking accounts other than their platform.
