    Can someone explain the various color bars on the HUD?

    I was getting shot up and didn't notice the blue bar decreasing. I also haven't purchased any armor. Maybe Gensys is right.

    But the new PSO game release coming up that your talking about is called PSO2 and its on the PC and PS Vita, they are doing beta testing right now.

    I can give you the link w/ instructions so you can sign up. (in Japanese for the PC for beta,)

    Sorry to hear that didn't clear up the issue for you.

    Do you have a different Microsoft Account on your PC you can sign into and try starting the game from? If not, let's try adding another account to your PC by typing in the Cortana Search Bar "Add Account" and selecting "Add, edit, or remove Other users".
    From there you can add another user to your PC.
