Despues del iniciar la consola

La pantalla se queda negra y aparace un mensaje q dice : algo salio mal (nombre) inicia secion desde guia

Y después al apreatar el boton central aparece otro mensaje q dice ; algo salio con el erro 0x80070590

Dice también q precione el botón menu y busque la opcion de alluda

Pero la pregunta:¿es como si no deja de salir el mensaje y la pantalla sigue negra ????

Aguien m puede alludar
