Tal vez sea la cuestión de las licencias, que estén en otra consola, para evitar ese problema puedes hacer dueño de las licencias a la consola donde deseas jugar sin el perfil llave.

Es algo extraño pero sí llega a pasar, a mi a veces se me ocultan los juegos de 360 y tengo que ir directamente a la tienda y descargarlos de ahí, o podrías quitar tu cuenta de Microsorft y volverla a descargar, suena tonto pero puede solucionar el problema,
si no la cuestión sera problema de las licencias, y en ese caso sí necesitaras ayuda de soporte.
