    Ok guys new here. I got a issue with my Xbox one that's out of warranty.

    I was using it a few weeks ago during a bad thunderstorm. The power went out and I just gave up for the night and went to sleep. Few days later turned it on and it lit up just fine seemed to work great had the white lights on power brick and button. Just
    no screen. Was all black no signal. So I used different cords and different tv. No change. Read some threads and suggested unplugging for a while so I did. Also suggested me to hold the open and power button for some time to hear two beeps. Didn't notice any
    change no screen no resetting.

    Any advice would be great as I don't wanna send this in I sent 2 xbox 360s back and bought another and it took a crap on me too. I don't want to invest in another red cent for a system that don't last hardly 2 years. Playstation way the go or is this a easy
    fix?

    Alright - try the help on that link I just posted. If no go - then EZ is correct time for repair, I repaired my own XBOX with this issue but it isn't for the feint of heart.

    Xbox One console power issues    . You'll want to work through all the steps provided and if nothing else, unfortunately your Xbox One may be in need of repairs. You can initiate that process via the
    Online Service Center.

    I'm sorry to hear this issue being experienced, I'd be happy to try and help.

    Does the Xbox turn off after the green screen or does it stay on with a black screen that does not allow you to do anything?

    Have you attempted a hard reset and power cycle and tried different power outlets?

    Was your Xbox affect by the service outage yesterday?

    Let us know some more information and we'll assist you further.
