no scrap from destroying duplicates

Thank you so much for making this information convenient and clear! Definitely agree with a lot of these changes. I extremely disliked getting duplicates from gear boxes. The fact that you could scrap them did make it a little more bearable, but did no
justice because you got a small portion of scrap back for them.

Scrap the card will cost to create. Once you have enough Scrap, you can directly acquire the Card you’ve been hunting for!

This system means that every card you acquire, even if it’s not of personal interest to you, can have value towards building the collection of cards that you desire"

This way you can destroy doubles and get Scrap currency in order to keep trying to get more rare cards.

I helped a friend remedy the same problem, the map was built using duplicated pieces; several of which were stored inside chests as 'ready to use' pre-duplicated pieces.

We assumed that these stored stacks of 64 which turned to 255 before the update were causing the game to freeze when the chests containing them were in close proximity.

Our solution was, remove the update (clearing cache on storage device) and start the map in offline mode after declining the update. When the map successfully loads, DESTROY ALL EXISTING DUPLICATED PIECES STORED IN ANY CHEST.

We destroyed every chest being used on the level, replacing them with new chests, and only re-filling them with LEGITIMATE pieces.

Every structure built with these pieces was left intact and untouched, only the chests containing reserve duplicated pieces were destroyed.

After this task was completed, the map loaded WITH THE UPDATE, creative mode works 100%....

For anyone who is having the freeze issue, please try this remedy. It fixed the problem for us.

Leftover scrap from the dopes a IW

the sightless cave I think. Its actually a Dwemer ruin that has fallen sideways or something, it's near Azura's shrine. Not sure how much scrap is there, I'm not picking any up until I figure out what I'm supposed to do with it(found a sidequest note talking
about it). I recommend going to see it, if only for the Mindfreaking you get when you first walk in.
