No router, but strict NAT and "Can't get a Teredo IP address" error

After much fiddling with my router, I removed it from the equation and plugged my Xbox One directly into my ISP modem - an Eastink Motorola SB5101

I am still getting a strict NAT, and whenever I test my multiplayer settings, I am getting a message indicating it can't get a Teredo IP address. I can still access the internet, and get an IP and my DNS servers, but I am unable to join parties or games
    with my friends.

I have not changed a thing with my network or Xbox configuration, but things went wonky over the past couple days with my NAT. I spoke with Eastlink, and they said my modem doesn't even have a bridging mode, so that couldn't have been updated.

I also know that my network IP is publicly available, as I tested it with
    www.whatismyip.com
    and they were identical.

I presume something has happened with my ISP, since nothing on my end has changed from a hardware or configuration standpoint. Is there something I can broach with Eastlink about why this would be happening? Are there any other avenues I can explore? Given
I am plugging my modem directly into my console, I don't know what else I can do.

    Thanks!

    :)

Unable to connect to party chat at all on Xbox One. NAT type always strict and "Can't get a Teredo IP address" error testing multiplayer connection.

Yes, NAT type shows strict and testing the multiplayer connection yields this error: 'Can't get a Teredo IP address'

    start here

Connection test works. It's connected fine. Then I go to multiplayer test and get an error "Can't get Teredo IP address"

    Details as to my config.

    Cable goes to Arris modem.

Arris modem is set to bridge mode.

Arris modem connected via ethernet to Apple airport extreme, which acts as wifi router for my house.

airport extreme ALSO has an ethernet cable connected directly to the xbox one.

But I'm still getting strict nat.

Plus the "can't get teredo IP" error.

    Greetings Mister!

I would suggest checking the cabling between your netoworking devices and more specific, the Ethernet cable between the modem and the Xbox One.

If its possible, try connect your console with a different Ethernet cable.

If you haven't already, go to Xbox network settings and select Advanced Settings. Select
Alternate MAC address and select Clear. Power off your console.

Unplug the Lan cable and the power supply for your Motorola SB5101 and keep it unplugged for 10 minutes. Plug in the power supply for your modem and wait one minute for your modem to connect properly. Plug in the Ethernet cable (if its possible, with a different
Ethernet cable) between your console and the modem and turn on the Xbox.

Go to Xbox network settings and run Detailed network statistics diagnose test and have us know the outcome of this test.

    Thank you!
