    I have read that I should check here to have support verify my account works.

    No rewards for many years. I thought maybe since I used amazon Xbox live renewal that I might not qualify. But the past 3 years I have renewed full years through Xbox

    No rewards

    Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscription purchases are not eligible for MyVip. Looking at both of your posts, it seems that a bulk of your purchases are "Gold Packs" which are "in-game consumables" and therefore not eligible for MyVip progres

    A staff member will review your account to verify there are no other issues. They work Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm PST and typically take 1-2 business days to reply.

    No rewards

    For help with the Rewards program, you'll want to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum. If there are any specific offers you're looking for, it's best to post those. Keep in mind that in order to receive credits, your purchases either have to
    be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.

    As of July 1, 2014, there are no offers to receive credits for renewing gold.

    A WARNING ABOUT XBOX REWARDS POINTS AFTER YOU CASH THEM IN!

    I thought it was the other way around that xbox rewards was turning into Microsoft rewards.

    Na, what we using here are called "Live" rewards, the other one is called Xbox rewards/Microsoft rewards(what we bout to switch to).
    Actually this is the Xbox Live Rewards program. What it is being switched to is Microsoft Rewards. There is no Live Rewards.

    Never received my rewards!

    It was for xbox rewards though. I redeemed my xbox rewards points for microsoft credit so it is for xbox rewards not microsoft rewards.

    What is? If you mean the Rewards program, you're thinking of Microsoft Rewards. That's a different program from the Xbox Rewards program. Xbox Rewards was run by a third party and ran at the same time as the Microsoft Rewards program for a while. Microsoft eventually shut down the Xbox Rewards program and opened the Microsoft Rewards program to more countries.
