Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscription purchases are not eligible for MyVip. Looking at both of your posts, it seems that a bulk of your purchases are "Gold Packs" which are "in-game consumables" and therefore not eligible for MyVip progres

A staff member will review your account to verify there are no other issues. They work Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm PST and typically take 1-2 business days to reply.

We see that you have been receiving Credit and Deposit events regularly. You can see a record of all Credit and Deposit events on the MyStatement on the MyRewards page, if sorted by Lifetime. You can also see deposits as currency into your Microsoft Account
from the commerce page at (Sign in to your Microsoft account), where they will be listed as a refund with a negative amount. If you are asking about MyVIP payback for March purchases, from our FAQ:

When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit
terms. Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the
MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

We have not yet calculated the month's MyVIP, so it is too early to see the Credits pending.

However, while reviewing your account, we see that your renewal in January caused you to be incorrectly awarded at a free level. We will duplicate that Credit event to reflect the double percent back you should get from Gold Status, and that should be pending
by the end of next week. Apologies for the inconvenience.
